DOUBLE SUMMER APPOINTMENT WITH GEOTECHNICS AND WITH MR. VITTORIO MANASSERO
The first appointment will be at the Cambridge University (UK), within the framework of the "10th International Symposium on Geotechnical Aspects of Underground Construction in Soft Ground" on June 27th through 28th 2022. At this symposium Mr. Manassero was selected to give the General Report of the Session T3 "Design and application of ground improvement for undeground construction", to be held on June 27th (Tuesday) from 10h00 to 11h45.
The second appointment will be at the Mediterranean University of Reggio Calabria (Italy), for the 27th Italian Geotechnical Congress, from 13th through 15th July 2022. At this congress Mr. Manassero will be giving two presentations, both on July 14th (Thursday) from 14h00 through 16h00, in the room E2 as part of the Session 3A. The first one entitled "Some practical recommendations concerning Artificial Ground Freezing for geotechnical applications", and the second one entitled "The application of grouting and artificial ground freezing to the ventilation adits at line No. 6 of the Naples underground" (co-authored by Ernesto Amodeo, Sergio Spada, Federico Moccia, Giancarlo Acchiappati and Giorgio Mormone).
