Our C.E.O. and Technical Director, Vittorio Manassero, will be a speaker at the advanced training course organized by the Italian Tunnelling Society (Società Italiana Gallerie), entitled “Ground Improvement in Tunnelling: Grouting and Jet Grouting”. The course will take place on 12^th November at the University of Cassino and Southern Lazio, in the Engineering Lecture Hall (Aula Magna), Via Blasio 43, Cassino.

The course focuses on ground and rock mass improvement techniques for tunnel excavation, combining technical insights with practical case studies. The programme features contributions from experts from academia and industry, covering topics such as permeation grouting, jet grouting applications, remedial works in metro tunnels, and ground treatment techniques for underground construction.

In view of the outstanding technical expertise of the speakers and the quality of the topics covered, the Italian Tunnelling Society has reserved a limited number of places for in-person attendance for its members, with a maximum of 35 participants. Remote participation will also be available.

Vittorio Manassero’s lecture will take place from 2:30 p.m. to 3:15 p.m. and will focus on “Permeation Grouting”.
